When we receive your inquiry, we may need to ask additional, clarifying questions to help us define the problem and the cause. Oftentimes, we need to visit the site to find out the exact reasons behind the problem in question and talk to the managers and the affected personnel. Any additional information, such as photos, blueprints and technical drawings gives us an idea of what to expect and helps us prepare better.

The visit is related to two aspects of dealing with the problem. The first one involves the viewing of the site itself, the structural specifics, the enclosing elements, the furniture, and the sources (if there are any). The second one is the discussion with the affected personnel, the managers and the technical expert who is familiar with the characteristics of the site. It is important to us that we recommend the most efficient solution, taking into consideration the interior design, the structural requirements and the functional specifics of the room of the workplaces. Our experts can also conduct preliminary tests on key parameters of the space, aiming to provide a clearer concept of the issue.

In the name of efficiency, we ask for any documentation regarding technical drawings and additional technical information on elements that cannot be directly inspected, if such are available.

ПDuring the visit, we discuss possible solutions and approaches. We evaluate the scope and difficulty of possible solutions and we either suggest that we develop a project or we propose a ready solution, which we present to you in the form of a visit report.

Within 7 days of the visit, we issue a report, featuring an analysis of the situation and solution proposal or, alternatively, we come up with a design proposal and quote.

The design option is applicable in the following cases:

• When it is what the client asks for
  It is very often that companies have internal regulations and every process needs to be documented and accompanied by an acoustic evaluation. Moreover, an acoustic evaluation project can be developed simultaneously with an architectural or a interior design project of a building under construction or during redoing works of an existing office building.
• In complex cases
  When the issue is complex, such as high noise levels in a call center, there are thousands of options for the number and placement of the employees in any given moment, who are all on the phone simultaneously. Furthermore, there are cases of external sources, such as AC generators that need additional inspections to measure frequencies and the levels of noise pollution that interferes with the office space.

The design project can be introduced through the following phases:

• Conceptual project
  It gives an idea of the geometrical size of the noise-cancellation structure, the technical specifications of the materials used, the results of the solution, and a preliminary bill of quantities.
• Technical project
  It complements the conceptual project with facility blueprints and details. If necessary, it includes a project, comprising a structural and an architectural component. Information on additional machinery, hourly wages and precise material quantities.
• Implementation project
  It complements the technical project by providing installation drawings, blueprints for the engineer to carry out.

There are three options after the recommendation or design stage:

The first one includes providing design supervisors to control the external companies that manufacture, deliver and install the structures and attest to the correct implementation of the solution before an investor.

The second option is for us to organize the manufacturing and delivery of the structure and materials, collaborating with trusted suppliers, recognized in their field. We then supervise the correct installation of the structure.

The third option involves us organizing all of the processes of the solution production and installation, working with recognized suppliers, manufacturers, and installation teams

Measuring results after implementation is vital for both us and our clients. We do that regardless of whether we have drawn up a project or recommended a solution.
